I thought it covered more location in the front & the shoulders. It's great but I feel clients would certainly value improving these two things for give a fuller coverage.
When I cover the collar part around my neck the smallest movement unhitches the really weak magnets. The shoulders get warm however not really. With the hot pad on my shoulders the back section just reaches concerning 8" above my hips. It does give sufficient heat mid back but I can just suggest it for a smaller individual
Bought this after a week of neck pain to replace among those old rice bags you put in the microwave, assuming a connected pad would undoubtedly be better.Managed to use it two or 3 times prior to the controller quit working and is simply blinking red. Theres relatively no troubleshooting, it just blinks red when the cord is not connected to the pad, but I have actually tried connecting it up down and laterally and it simply won't operate. To ensure that's fun.With that claimed, even when it did work, in my opinion it worked as a great reduced back heating system however less a great neck and shoulder heating unit.
job well however is to short to discuss neck and to your back.
I have several of their heating pads. This set does not obtain as warm as the others. Very frustrating.
